How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

How Do I Track My Order?
All order after shipped we do email to buyer for the tracking information for any reason customer didn’t receive the shipping tracking information please kindly send us a request we will resend the message to you or direct send you the tracking information.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship package base on the size and weight of the package. For all Domestic address within USA, Normally we ship all package under 15 oz by First class USPS, over 1 lbs package will ship USPS Retail Ground or UPS surepost or UPS Ground service. For expedite service need please email us we will quote and arrange the service for you. For international order we normally ship all under 2 lbs order by international First class USPS all other size we will ship by USPS Priority Mail or DHL international.
What if the package lost ?
We are not responsible for lost if your area have problem of receive packages please let us know ahead we can ship the package with signature request but this service will need addition handling fee of $ 6 on each package or adding insurance will also be another option fee apply addition please contact us before your order place so we can send you all the detail on signature request or addition insurance
Local pick-up / will call ?
For all order already place online and paid the only option will be ship out with tracking information so if you wish to do local pick up please kindly email us with your order we will get your order ready and arrange pick up appointment.
Package return back to sender ?
If package return because wrongful address or moved out from old address or was not available to sign for it (For some expensive order we will add signature on delivery) original shipping fee in this case is non refundable. If customer still interest to receive the order we will bill for addition shipping fee.
Request change shipping address after paid ?
Sorry, we only ship to the address on the paypal payment confirm shipping address if shipping address need to change we will charge 3% cancellation fee and ask customer to process another new order to the correct address. The only change we will make will be only add unit or apartment number to the incomplete shipping address

How Can I Return a Product?
All return item have to be in the original manufacture box and packed the way manufacturer on models. please notify us via e-mail within 7 days of receiving of package. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to obtain an RMA number and return address. BT Diecast will charge restock fee for all returns/exchanges. please visit return policy page for detail information.
Why you don’t allow my return ?
We do only accept return by notify us within the 7 days of receiving of package. for all sealed package item once the sealed break open we will refuse the return. If customer repair the model that receive from us we will not accept the return unless we permit customer to do so.
